THORN+fit Peg Board is an excellent tool for upper body training. The pegboard requires coordination, accuracy, agility and grip strength. Peg board climbing can definitely brake your daily training routine.
It is a great addition to a small garage gym or a training facility.
Each set includes one 4cm thick board (243cm tall x 29.8cm wide) made from highest quality ply-wood and two grip-friendly oak-wood dowel rods—each measuring 16.5cm in length and 30mm in diameter.
Our pegboard includes 38 symmetrical staggered holes along the length of the ply-wood board, with six counter bored holes for mounting.
